If email setup (Autodiscover) for your OneNet hosted email is failing, and the domain/website hosted with CPanel, it is likely due to the Email Routing options set up under your CPanel settings.
To fix this, follow these steps:
- Log into CPanel with your CPanel credentials
- Select the domain which is having these issues
- Go to 'Configure Email Routing' and check what this is set to
- Set this to 'Remote Mail Exchanger'
This will prevent CPanel from trying to accept emails and Autodiscover requests for this domain and allow the normal AutoDiscover process to take place.
