To add your Hosted Exchange mailbox on an iPhone or iPad:
- Select "Settings" from the home screen.
- Scroll down, and select "Mail".
- Select "Accounts" > "Add Account".
- Select "Exchange".
- Enter your email address. For "Description", enter 'Exchange'. Click "Next".
- Enter the password for your email account, and then click "Next".
- If this does not work automatically, using "Manual Setup" is also an option.
- Enter the "Server" as owa.onenet.co.nz.
- Enter the "Domain" can be left blank.
- Enter the "Username" as the full email address.
- Note: if you have tried using the email address and you're still unable to sign in, use your "User Logon Name" in place of your full email address. This can be found on the General tab in Control Panel, or provided by our support team.
- For "Description", enter 'Exchange'. Click "Next".
- Toggle the options you wish to sync, and click "Save".
- Your iPhone or iPad will begin to sync with Hosted Exchange.
- You can access your mailbox from the home screen by selecting "Mail".
