How do I setup my mailbox on an Apple iPhone or iPad?

To add your Hosted Exchange mailbox on an iPhone or iPad:

  • Select "Settings" from the home screen.
  • Scroll down, and select "Mail".

  • Select "Accounts" > "Add Account".
        

  • Select "Exchange". 
  • Enter your email address. For "Description", enter 'Exchange'. Click "Next".
  • Enter the password for your email account, and then click "Next".
        
  • If this does not work automatically, using "Manual Setup" is also an option.
  • Enter the "Server" as owa.onenet.co.nz.
  • Enter the "Domain" can be left blank.
  • Enter the "Username" as the full email address.
  • For "Description", enter 'Exchange'. Click "Next".

  • Toggle the options you wish to sync, and click "Save". 
  • Your iPhone or iPad will begin to sync with Hosted Exchange.
  • You can access your mailbox from the home screen by selecting "Mail".
