In Outlook 2016, 2013 or 2010:
- Select the "File" tab
- Select "Options"
- Select "Advanced"
- Scroll down to the "Export" section, and click "Export".
- Select "Import from another program or file", and click "Next".
- Select "Outlook Data File (.pst)", and click "Next".
- Browse to the .pst file that will be imported. Select "Do not import duplicates".
- Select the folders to be imported, and click "Next".
- Click "Finish".
In Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007:
- Select the "File" menu, and select "Import and Export".
- Click "Import from another program or file", and click "Next".
- Select "Personal Folder File (.pst)", and click "Next".
- Browse to the .pst file that will be imported, and click "Next".
- Select the folders to be imported, and click "Next".
- Click "Finish".
