Will I need to notify OneNet that I'm leaving?

To cancel your OneNet Hosted Exchange services, it is essential to contact support@onenet.co.nz to coordinate the decommissioning process.


Key Points to Note:

  1. Backend Decommissioning Tasks
    Even if you have removed all mailboxes, users, and domains from the OneNet Control Panel, additional backend tasks must be completed by our team to finalize the decommissioning. Without these steps, mail delivery issues may occur, particularly when sending or receiving emails with other OneNet clients.
     
  2. Billing Implications
    Failing to notify us of your intent to cancel may result in continued billing for the service. To avoid any disruptions or unexpected charges, please contact us at support@onenet.co.nz for assistance with the cancellation process.
