Your password will be based on the login method you have been set up for, please follow the corresponding method to reset your password.
Direct Login:
Email support@onenet.co.nz requesting your monitoring password is reset for username: XXXXXX.
Microsoft Login:
This will use your Microsoft account to log in, you will need to click on the Sign in with Single Sign-On (SAML), enter your email address click next then select Forgotten my password. Follow the self-password reset steps and try logging in again.
