To recover items recently permanently deleted or emptied from the Deleted Items folder, within the last 14 days:
- Log into your mailbox via Outlook Web App at https://owa.onenet.co.nz
- In the left-hand pane, right-click on "Deleted Items", and select "Recover deleted items..."
- A new window will appear, listing any recoverable deleted items. Select the ones you wish to recover, then click "Recover".
For items no longer in this location, it may be possible to perform a restore from backups, if the item was deleted from the mailbox less than 28 days ago. Please note that this would be billable.
