How do I send emails from Hosted CRM?

To configure an account to send emails directly from the Hosted CRM site:

  • At the left, under "System", select "Administration".
  • Click on "Users".
  • Double-click on the account.
  • Under "Email Access Configuration", set "Email access type - Outgoing" to "Email Router".
