Error reports can be generated on the LiveVault Control Panel at https://onenet.onlinebackup.com:
- Identify the server and click on it.
- Click on the "Reports" tab.
- Select the relevant report type, start and end dates, and format.
- Click "Generate Report".
Alternatively, please supply the log files on the server to our Service Desk to assist with troubleshooting errors:
