If the LiveVault backup fails due to a "communication error", please try the following steps:
- Restart the LiveVault service.
- Restart the server.
- Test telnet to: provisioning.livevault.com on 80, 443; bridge.livevault.com on 80, 443, 2144; the primary vault as configured in the LiveVault Control Panel on 2144, 2145; the secondary vault as configured in the LiveVault Control Panel on 2144, 2145.
