Please read the password requirements first.
To update the password for your Hosted Exchange email:
- Browse to Outlook Web App at http://owa.onenet.co.nz
- Logon with your OneNet credentials.
- In the top right-hand corner, click on the settings wheel, and "Options".
- On the left, click "General", and "My Account"
- In the bottom right, select the "Change your password" link.
Please note that the password across all OneNet services is consistent. For example, if you subscribe to both Hosted Desktop and Hosted Exchange, and the password is changed via Outlook Web App, this new password will also apply for the Hosted Desktop.
