Any emails that have been classified as "Spam" will be listed in your "Blocked Email Summary" email. To release an email:
- Click "Release".
- This will launch the web browser. If prompted, enter your OneNet credentials. The email will then be released.
Spam can also be released at http://spam.onenet.co.nz:
- Log on with your OneNet credentials.
- Select "Blocked Mail".
- Tick the emails to be released, and click "Unblock".
- Click "OK" to confirm the release of the email.
Our Service Desk team can also release the email for you, but please note that this may be billable. Please forward the "Blocked Email Summary" to email@example.com and mention the email you wish to be released.
