To run backups on the computer, please install the Backup Agent on the computer.

Navigate to http://imwebsvr.onenet.co.nz/ssws/ > Sign in with your email address and password - This can be reset at https://supportcentre.onenet.co.nz if necessary.

Select Reinstall Agent > Download Software > Begin Download > Run through installer.

Enter the OneNet Backup account password Do not select Advanced.

The agent interface should then open, select the files you want to backup and run a backup.
If assistance is needed, our engineers are happy to remotely assist or, alternatively, the computer can be delivered to our offices. Our team can assist with installing the Backup Agent, selecting the files and folders that you wish to have backed up and completing the initial backup. Please note that an installation fee will apply.
After installing Backup Agent, no manual updates are required. From time to time, the software is updated to improve performance or add new features. After a thorough testing phase, we release these updates and automatically apply them the next time a backup is run on the client's computer.
