If the error "You already have an instance of this application open and not allowed to run more than one instance. Please contact your administrator" appears, it is likely that:
- The earlier Hosted Desktop session was disconnected. Instead of clicking on "Reconnect", the Hosted Desktop icon was clicked on again; or
- The Hosted Desktop icon was double-clicked on.
