How do I stop the persistent prompts to install Citrix Workspace?

If Citrix Workspace is already installed, but it still prompts with "Click Install to access your applications":

  • In Internet Explorer, click on "Tools".
  • Select "Compatibility View Settings".
  • Type , and click "Add".
  • If prompted with "The previous webpage wants to run the following add-on: 'Citrix Systems, Inc' from 'Citrix Systems, Inc' ", click "Allow".
  • Proceed to logon with your OneNet credentials.
