Veeam Agent - Install the management and backup agents – OneNet

In the Veeam Service Provider Console (VSPC), go to Managed Computers > Other Actions > Download Management Agent > Windows.
Either download the management agent executable and transfer it to the computer, or choose Create download link.
If you created a link, copy it and open it on the computer you want to manage.
Sign in with your VSPC account and confirm the prompt to download the management agent.
Run the installer and complete the installation.
In VSPC, open Managed Computers. Confirm that the new computer appears and that its management agent status is healthy.
Select the computer, then choose Install backup agent.
Use the guest operating system credentials specified in the discovery rule or management agent settings.
Select your custom backup policy, if available. Otherwise, select no policy if you intend to configure the agent manually.
To configure the agent locally and perform local restores, disable read-only user interface access.
Wait for the backup agent installation to finish.
Open Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows from the Start menu. To start an on-demand backup, choose Backup now.
You can also go to VSPC > Backup Jobs to check job status or start a backup from the web interface.
