How do I access OneNet remote support?

To access OneNet's remote support, open the browser and go to https://remote.onenet.co.nz/. You will see an option to Join with a code. Enter in the code provided by our Service Desk agent and click the green arrow on the right. 

Click on the downloaded .zip file in the top right of your screen:

 

In the new window, click 'Extract all':

Or, if this option is not available, right click in the folder and select 'Extract all':

When prompted to select a destination to extract the files, click on 'Browse':

In the menu in on the left, select 'Desktop' and click 'Select Folder':

Minimize the browser, look for ScreenConnect.Client.exe on your desktop and double click to run the application:
 

 

Give the application approval to make changes to your device and the agent will be able to remote on and assist with the issue.
